VulnHawk is designed for practical security assessments and continuous monitoring, with the following limitations:

• No JavaScript-Rendered Crawling: Single-page applications and dynamically rendered routes may not be fully discovered.
• No Authenticated Scanning: Scanning authenticated application areas is not currently supported.
• No Automated Exploitation: VulnHawk detects potential vulnerabilities but does not automatically exploit them.
• No Content Change Detection: Monitoring currently focuses on SSL certificates and website uptime. Content hashing is planned for a future release.
• Compliance Mapping Is Not Certification: Framework mapping identifies controls associated with discovered vulnerabilities but does not establish regulatory compliance.
• Focused Security Coverage: The 83 security checks are optimized for common web technologies, including WordPress, Django, Rails, Next.js, and traditional server-rendered applications.
