• For team members: the agreed rate, payout records and time entries

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the platform
• Process access requests and verify identity
• Communicate with you about projects and updates
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Process purchases, deposits and monthly plan payments
• Answer support requests and tickets, and review learning submissions
• Analyze usage patterns and platform performance

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service providers (hosting, email, payment processing)
• Stripe, to process purchases, deposits and monthly plans
• Content delivery networks that serve our fonts and code libraries (Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr), which receive your IP address
• News publishers, whose images load from their own servers when you view the blog
• Law enforcement if required by law
• With your explicit consent

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Page views are counted on our own servers.

your theme, learning progress, saved snippets, solved challenges, playground code and terminal progress are kept in your browser’s local storage, and a question you pass from the assistant to a support form is kept in session storage for 30 minutes. They are never sent to us unless you submit a form; clear them in your browser settings.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Access requests are kept for up to 30 days after they expire. IP addresses recorded with page visits and learning submissions are deleted after 90 days. Accounts stay until our team removes them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

PandaDev is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
