Validate a strong password

Write check_password(pw) that returns a list of problems (empty list = strong password).

Rules, each with the exact message to return:

Rule Message
at least 10 characters "too short"
at least one lowercase letter "needs a lowercase letter"
at least one uppercase letter "needs an uppercase letter"
at least one digit "needs a digit"
no spaces "no spaces allowed"

Return the messages in the order of the table.
