Terms of Use

By accessing or using PandaDev ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to every visitor, client, team member and anyone else who uses the Platform.

There is no public sign-up. A client account is created when you start a project with us, and you sign in with a single-use link sent to your email. Team accounts for staff and freelancers are created by PandaDev and require two-factor authentication. If you have an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• Not share your account with any third party.
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

Every app in the App Catalogue can be viewed by anyone. Depending on the app:

• On request: our team reviews each download request and, once it is approved, emails you a download link.
• Paid apps: a one-time purchase through Stripe; the download link is sent to the email you pay with.
• Mobile apps: install them from Google Play or the App Store, under the terms of those stores.

Access is granted on a per-project basis and may be revoked if these terms are violated.

All content on PandaDev — including source code, designs, text, images, and documentation — is the property of PandaDev or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
• Trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
• User-submitted content remains the property of the user, with a license granted to us for display.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you believe your intellectual property has been used improperly, please contact us immediately.

When using PandaDev, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team.
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates this code of conduct.

Learning tracks, snippets, challenges, the playground, the terminal and the developer tools are free to use without an account. When you use them:

• Your progress and saved code stay in your browser; clearing your browser data removes them.
• Submitting work for review is optional. If you do, we store what you send to review it, and you confirm it is your own work.
• Code in the playground runs only in your browser, and you are responsible for what you run.
• Links to news and other websites lead to third parties whose content and policies we do not control.

We may suspend or terminate your access to PandaDev at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Non-payment of amounts due for a purchase or under a signed agreement.
• Requests from law enforcement or government agencies.
• Extended periods of account inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When we make significant changes, we will notify users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the latest version took effect.

Your continued use of PandaDev after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
